The grapes are harvested manually and only the selected ones are brought to the cellar for winemaking. Soft pressed and filtered. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves at a controlled temperature.
THE TASTING
Straw yellow. The aroma is intense with hints of peach and mango that alternate with floral notes of honeysuckle and sage. Sweet and persistent on the palate, it is certainly an aromatic wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Great as an aperitive. It goes well with spoon desserts, hazelnut cakes or the traditional Italian panettone. Must try with Asian cuisine.
