If you are looking for a biscuit that is a little different from the usual, the Bettina biscuit shop has the biscuits for you!
All the ingredients are carefully selected, from flour to free-range organic eggs, cane sugar, butter, and extra virgin olive oil. Bettina biscuits do not use preservatives.
The flavour
These cantucci with peanuts and parmesan are perfect with a glass of young white wine, such as the Friulano from the Zorzettig winery. You can serve it with a glass of dry Trento DOC or Weizen beer to make it gourmet. For absolute perfection, we recommend serving them with flakes of 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, and/or some rolled Pancetta.
