THE BEER
The Tre+Due beer from the 32 Via Dei Birrai brewery is an irreverent light beer.
This beer was born in 2011 when the brewery celebrated 5 years of activity. A new recipe was created to commemorate the event, and the resulting beer was named TRE+DUE. The sum of three and two is five, like the years of activity of the brewery.
It is a light beer spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. Ready to drink, with marked citrus and floral tones with a pleasantly bitter finish.
Straw yellow, sometimes veiled by yeast and white, compact, thin and persistent foam. The aroma is intense, with notes of fresh citrus fruits intertwining with fruity and herbaceous hints. The palate is refreshing and slightly acidic, thanks to spices; a medium-bodied beer but more consistent than products of the same category.
This beer refermented in the bottle; you might find deposits on the bottom.
THE BREWERY
The 32 Via dei Birrai brewery was founded by three friends in 2006 in Pederobba, a small town in the province of Treviso in the Veneto region. It is a craft micro-brewery; the three partners’ strengths and priorities are quality and research; their raw materials are carefully selected. The malt comes from Belgium, England and Germany.
The hops are currently grown by some friends from Belgium. Still, recently, the brewery has decided to produce it at home with a project involving the farmers of Monfumo, a hilly area near the brewery.
It is also essential to highlight that the brewery works in an eco-sustainable way; this choice has made it possible to reduce water consumption by over 40% and CO2 emissions by 25%.
32 beers do not go through any filtration or heat treatments, such as pasteurization, but referment in bottle, thus determining a possible deposit on the bottom.
We are talking about unique beers with great personality.
