  • You don’t know what wine to select? No worries, we will be your sommelier and make the chose for you!
  • We ship the wines to you.

FAQ

How much wine do club members receive and how often does it arrive?

One shipment every 6 months; depending on the option you select  you will receive 6  or 12 bottles every shipment.

Can I choose the wine?

When you join, you may select all reds, all whites, or the best of both. Our sommelier will choose great wines for each of your shipments based on your preference.

How much does it cost to join?

There is no membership fee to join our wine club.

Can I choose where to ship the wine?

Yes, you can. Simply contact our support team and we will take care of your request.

Can I change the date I am scheduled to receive my club shipment?

Yes, please contact our support team and we will help you schedule a new date for any unshipped order.

When will I be charged?

 Twice a year prior the shipment. Monthly price may vary slightly depending on the exchange rage

Is there a satisfaction guarantee on bottles I don’t like?

Yes. If you aren’t completely satisfied with a wine for any reason, let us know and we’ll apply a credit towards your next shipment. Please offer details about why you didn’t like the wine, so we can improve the selections we send you. Restrictions may apply, so please ask our support team for more details. We reserve the right to deny our Satisfaction Guarantee to any customer who abuses the policy.

How can I cancel my Wine Club membership?

To cancel your membership, please contact the support team.

How does my 5% discount of the “holidays in the vineyard” works?

We want you to be able to personally visit the territory where you wine is made; with holiday on the vineyard you will be able to do that by designing the holiday that works exactly for you. The discount will apply to all or a part of your holiday depending on what you are looking for. Contact our support team for for info and details.
